Rinse the pig's stomach repeatedly with salt and water, soak it in boiling water to remove the mutton smell, scrape off the white film and set aside; wash and crush the spring amomum villosum, and slice the ginger. What should not be eaten for chronic enteritis 1. Do not eat foods that lubricate the large intestine, such as milk Milk is rich in many nutrients and vitamins essential to the human body and is a food that is widely loved by people. However, most patients with chronic colitis should not drink it. Some particularly sensitive patients will soon experience intestinal rumbling and diarrhea after drinking it. The reason is that although milk has the effect of "replenishing deficiency and strengthening the spleen and stomach", it also has the effect of "lubricating the large intestine", so patients with chronic colitis should be cautious about taking milk. Foods that cause laxative effects include: honey, sesame oil, milk, goat's milk, soy milk, peanut milk, soy milk, soy powder, milk powder, sesame paste, oatmeal, walnut powder, etc. 2. Do not eat cold foods such as fruits Various fresh fruits and vegetables, such as watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumber, banana, peach, persimmon, loquat, raw pear, etc. Although fruits and melons are rich in nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, inorganic salts, etc., they are also contraindicated for most patients with chronic colitis.
