Infectious eczematous dermatitis is an eczematous dermatitis secondary to lesions around chronic infection sources, skin suppuration sources, traumatic infection, etc. Bacterial cultures of the pathogenic sites were mostly positive, mainly Staphylococcus aureus. Common primary causes include trauma, otitis media, skin infection, bedsores, etc. Before the onset of the disease, the affected area is often improperly treated, with poor pus drainage, etc., and local symptoms such as blisters and exudation worsen and then expand to the surrounding areas, resulting in the disease. This disease can occur at any age, has no seasonality, and has a better treatment effect. The key is to treat the primary source. Once the infection and exudation are controlled, dermatitis will improve rapidly.
