Traditional Chinese medicine believes that people with good kidney function have good spirits, brisk steps, good sleep, and sharp hearing and eyes. On the contrary, people with poor kidney function, that is, people with kidney deficiency, often have frequent urination at night, dizziness, back pain, weak legs, dark circles under the eyes, and are prone to hair loss.

Generally speaking, a normal person's daily urine volume should be around 1000-2000 ml (equivalent to 2-4 mineral water bottles). More than 2500 ml or less than 800 ml may indicate kidney problems. 2. Sexual life should be moderate, neither forced nor indulgent.

3. Diet: When you feel weak and tired, eat more foods containing iron and protein, such as fungus, jujube, black chicken, etc.; those with indigestion should drink more yogurt and eat hawthorn; to protect your kidneys on a daily basis, eat more leeks, sea cucumbers, ginseng, black chicken, domestic pigeons, etc.

4. Adequate sleep is also an important guarantee for men to restore their energy and spirit. No matter how stressful the work is or how many worries there are at home, you must rest on time when it is time to go to bed.
