1. Lotus seed and longan soup

Ingredients: 30 grams each of lotus seeds and longan meat, 20 grams of red dates, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Method: Soak the lotus seeds in water first, peel and core them, wash them, put them into a casserole together with the washed longan meat and red dates, add appropriate amount of water, boil until the lotus seeds are soft, and add rock sugar for seasoning.

5. Angelica Black-bone Chicken Soup

Ingredients: 60 grams of wolfberry, 30 grams of angelica, 50 grams of white wine, 1 black-bone chicken, and appropriate amounts of ginger, salt, and MSG.

Preparation method: First, slice the wolfberry and angelica, wash them, put them into a gauze bag, and soak them in half of the white wine for 6-8 hours. Kill and clean the chicken, add the other half of the white wine and salt, mix well, and apply it to the inside and outside of the chicken.
