Recipe for dehumidifying tea, drink these three for best results

1. Wuhua Dehumidifying Tea

Recipe: 5 grams of bamboo leaves, 5 grams of Imperata roots, and 2 grams of lotus leaves, put them in a cup, soak them in boiling water, and drink them as tea. One dose daily.

Efficacy: Bamboo leaves are sweet, mild and cold in nature, and are good at clearing away heat, relieving restlessness, promoting fluid production and promoting urination. Imperata root is sweet and cold, and has the effects of clearing heat, promoting diuresis, cooling blood and stopping bleeding. 3. Barley tea

Recipe: Select and wash the Job's tears, drain the water, put them into a frying pan, turn on a low heat, and slowly roast them to bring out the aroma of the Job's tears. Wash the wolfberries, add the roasted coix seeds, pour in boiling water, and soak for 5 to 10 minutes. According to personal preference, you can add hot ingredients such as cooked red beans to the brewed tea.
