Best treatment for oral acne

Genital warts are a disease that adults are familiar with. They are often caused by sexual intercourse among adults and are all bacterial infections. Once it occurs, warts similar to herpes will grow in the mouth. The mouth will be painful and may show signs of suppuration. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the correct method for treatment in time. However, there are many ways to treat this disease. So what is the best treatment for oral congestion?

Currently, common treatments for oral condyloma acuminatum include surgery, cryotherapy, laser therapy, microwave therapy, electrocautery therapy, β-ray therapy and drug therapy. In addition to drug treatment, the rest are physical therapies.

Surgical treatment: For single, small warts, surgical removal can be performed; for giant condyloma acuminatum, Mohs surgery can be used for excision. During the operation, frozen sections are used to check whether the lesions have been removed completely. The chance of recurrence after a single operation is very high. It is best to cooperate with drug treatment (topical medication rather than oral medication) after surgical treatment.

Laser treatment: CO2 laser is usually used to treat genital warts by cauterization. This treatment is most suitable for warts on the vulva, penis or perianal area (not suitable for pregnant women). Single or a small number of multiple warts can be treated once, while multiple or large warts can be treated 2-3 times. The recurrence period is generally 20 days to 3 months. Since the virus other than the warts is not eliminated, it is easy to relapse.

Sexual activity is prohibited, especially oral sex or licking the genitals: Genital warts are highly contagious and can be transmitted through sexual contact with people with genital warts or carriers of the genital warts virus.

Timely and effective treatment: The most important thing to avoid the harm caused by genital warts is timely treatment, but be careful not to use methods that only treat the symptoms and not the root cause, otherwise the treatment will be in vain.

Provide correct care: Patients with oral condyloma acuminatum should pay attention to rest and mental relaxation, avoid excessive tension and fatigue; pay attention to strengthening nutrition, eat more foods rich in protein and vitamins, and eat less greasy and spicy foods; refrain from smoking and drinking, and drink less strong tea and coffee; drug addicts should quit drugs.

The best way to prevent this oral disease is to keep yourself clean, abstain from extramarital sex, and develop good hygiene habits. The main thing is to detect this disease and treat it early to avoid any adverse effects.
