1: Ingredients: 1000g lamb leg, 50g wolfberry, and appropriate seasoning. Method: Boil the mutton thoroughly in boiling water, then put it in cold water to wash off the blood foam and cut it into cubes. Add proper amount of oil to the pot and heat it, then put the chopped mutton into the pot, boil water, stir-fry ginger slices, then add cooking wine to the pot, stir-fry, add wolfberry and broth, salt, and green onion, and remove the floating foam.
