How to treat ureaplasma urealyticum infection

How to treat ureaplasma urealyticum infection

Ureaplasma infection is mainly a combination of mycoplasma and virus. There are three types of pathogens in the human body. It is a common disease in humans. In daily life, it is mainly urinary and reproductive infections, and now it is related to some other types of cataracts. In activities, it is probably mainly some prostate infections that patients often experience some symptoms. Swelling and pain in the genitals and lower back pain are some uncomfortable feelings.

Ureaplasma urealyticum infection is an inflammation of the reproductive system that spreads from the center. In a small number of serious cases, it can cause a feeling of vaginal heaviness, and frequent urination and urgency are also common symptoms that lurk in the center, mainly typical symptoms of some diseases and some physiological symptoms within one to three weeks.

1. Non-gonococcal urethritis: Urethritis caused by Chlamydia or Mycoplasma is called non-gonococcal urethritis, and Ureaplasma urealyticum is one of the important pathogens. The disease is more common in young people. Symptoms include urinary urgency, pain, urethral itching or difficulty urinating, and sticky secretions or crusts at the urethral opening. It is similar to gonorrhea, but milder than gonorrhea. However, it cannot be differentiated from clinical symptoms and must rely on laboratory tests. 2. Acute epididymitis: sudden pain and enlargement of the epididymis, pain radiating to the ipsilateral groin or lower abdomen, often recurrent due to urinary tract infection, can turn into a chronic process, with an obvious feeling of heaviness in the scrotum and epididymal cramps. 3. Prostatitis: Prostatitis caused by ureaplasma urealyticum infection is a non-bacterial prostatitis, which is usually acute. The typical symptoms are white drops of urine at the end of the urine, residual urine after urination, and the external opening of the urethra being stuck with secretions. 4. Male infertility: The relationship between male infertility and Ureaplasma urealyticum has attracted increasing attention. A scholar once investigated 921 cases of infertile males and cultured Ureaplasma urealyticum, of which 511 were positive, accounting for 55.48%. In the normal fertility group, of the 132 cases, 25 were positive, accounting for only 18.93%. The mechanism by which ureaplasma infection causes male infertility has not yet been fully understood, but it generally includes the following aspects: (1) Mycoplasma invades spermatogenic cells, reducing sperm production; (2) adsorbs on the surface of sperm, increasing the rate of sperm deformity; (3) interferes with sperm-egg recognition and fusion; (4) the presence of common antigens between mycoplasma and sperm may cause immune infertility.

5. Female infertility: Ureaplasma urealyticum in the male urogenital system can "hitch a ride" with sperm into the female reproductive tract, causing endometritis, salpingitis, oophoritis, membranitis, spontaneous abortion and intrauterine fetal death, etc., affecting fertility.

The above is ureaplasma infection. In daily life, it must be treated or diagnosed in time. Urethritis caused by chlamydia or mycoplasma is called non-gonococcal urethritis, and ureaplasma is one of the important pathogens. The disease is more common in young people, and symptoms include urinary urgency, pain, urethral itching or difficulty urinating. It is mainly transmitted through sexual intercourse or mother-to-child transmission, so cutting off the transmission route is also very critical and necessary.
