5: Ophiopogon tea: Use 30 grams of Ophiopogon japonicus, boil it in water and drink it instead of tea. It has the effects of nourishing yin and moistening the lungs, clearing the heart and relieving troubles, benefiting the stomach and promoting fluid production. It is a good health drink for preventing and treating autumn dryness in autumn.
