1. Massage therapy

1: Treatment principle: Lubricate the intestines and promote bowel movements. If the constipation is caused by excess, it should be treated by clearing heat and promoting bowel movements; if the constipation is caused by deficiency, it should be treated by invigorating qi and nourishing blood.

3: ④ Rub Tianshu and Zusanli points: Use the tip of your thumb or middle finger to rub the Tianshu point 2 inches beside the navel and the Zusanli point on the lower limb 50 to 100 times each. ⑤ Rub the coccyx: Use the tip of your thumb or middle finger to rub the end of the child’s coccyx 100 times. ⑥ Push down the seven vertebrae: Use the radial side of the thumb or the surface of the index and middle fingers to push straight from top to bottom 100 to 200 times.

2. Daily precautions

1: 1. There must be an appropriate amount of fiber in the diet; 2. Eat a certain amount of vegetables and fruits every day. Eat an apple on an empty stomach in the morning and evening or 1-3 bananas before each meal;
