1. Lycium barbarum : used for liver and kidney deficiency; dizziness; decreased vision; soreness of waist and knees; spermatorrhea and thirst; and consumptive cough.

2. Lily: It has the effects of nourishing the heart and calming the mind, moistening the lungs and relieving coughs. It is very beneficial for people who are weak after illness.

3. Donkey-hide gelatin: used for blood deficiency, chlorosis, dizziness, palpitations, etc. It is a good product for blood tonic.

4. Honey: It has the effects of nourishing, moisturizing, detoxifying, whitening, and moisturizing the intestines and promoting bowel movements.

5. Jujube: tonifies the middle and replenishes Qi, nourishes blood and calms the mind, nourishes the kidneys and warms the stomach, and treats yin deficiency.

4. Precautions

Avoid eating fried or stir-fried foods, foods that are hot and irritating, and foods that are too high in fat or carbohydrates.
