Can exercise get rid of gallbladder polyps?

Liver and gallbladder diseases are very common nowadays, such as gallbladder polyps. There are many ways to treat gallbladder polyps. The general treatment principle is to reduce inflammation and promote choleresis. In fact, doing more exercise can also have a good effect on the treatment of gallbladder polyps. Patients may wish to try to exercise more.

Exercise therapy to eliminate gallbladder polyps:

1. Exercise therapy for gallbladder polyps: Sit upright on the edge of the bed or on a chair, with your buttocks 1/3 of the seat, your legs apart, rub your lower abdomen with both hands, and take a deep breath. At the end of the breath, bend your upper body forward with your head lower than your knees. At the same time, press your lower abdomen with both hands to raise the diaphragm and expel the remaining air in the lungs as much as possible. Relax your hands, raise your head and neck forward, take a deep breath slowly, and slowly lift your upper body to return to the original sitting position. Exhale slowly while slowly lowering your head and upper body to expel the remaining air as much as possible.

Repeat this process 8 to 16 times in total. After finishing, stand up, raise your legs alternately several times, and then do 7-8 squats to end the exercise.

2. Exercise therapy for gallbladder polyps: Stand naturally, first step the left foot to the left front, move the body diagonally, and move the center of gravity to the left foot; hold both hands in empty fists to the left, and swing them in a half-moon shape from bottom to top, with the right foot following the left foot, with the toes touching the ground, pause for a while, and stabilize the body. Step your right foot forward to the right, move your body diagonally, and swing your hands in a semi-moon shape from bottom to top to the right as before. Follow the right foot with your left foot, also with your toes touching the ground. Repeat this process left and right. When moving forward, you should bend your waist and exert force; lead with your front foot and follow with your back foot, pushing off and moving your body forward. Repeat 10 times~

15 minutes.

Through the introduction above, I believe everyone has a certain understanding of the question of whether exercise can eliminate gallbladder polyps. If you have other confusions, you can consult a professional doctor.
