1. Prepare appropriate amounts of Indigo, Alum, Calamine, Phellodendron Phellodendron Powder, and Catechu and grind them into powder. Then prepare castor oil to mix evenly. If the scrotal eczema is damaged or eroded, you can prepare dry powder and press it directly on the affected area. 2. Grind a proper amount of cuttlefish bone into fine powder and apply it to the eczema area several times a day. It is suitable for those with exudation.

3. Lithospermum oil: 9 grams of lithospermum, fry it with appropriate amount of sesame oil until it turns purple, then remove the lithospermum and apply the oil to the affected area several times a day.

4. 15 grams each of Indigo, Talcum Powder, and Cypress, and 9 grams of Borneol. Grind them into fine powder, mix with sesame oil to form a paste, apply to the affected area 3 times a day. It is effective in treating acute eczema.

5. Grind 10 grams of alum, 30 grams of calamine, 6 grams of borneol and 15 grams of Sophora flavescens into fine powder and apply it to the affected area twice a day. It is effective in treating scrotal eczema.

6. Grind Puhuang into powder, sprinkle the powder directly on the eczema area, bandage it with gauze, once a day
