Leek is a good way to treat athlete's foot

Once you have athlete's foot, it will be very distressing, especially when you go out. The editor recommends preparing 250 grams of fresh leek, washing it, cutting it into small pieces and placing it in a basin, then pouring in boiling water. When the water has cooled down enough to put your feet in, soak your feet for half an hour. The water should cover your feet and you can rub your feet at the same time. Wash it again after a week for better results.

1. Washing your feet with water boiled with eggplant roots and salt can cure athlete's foot.

2. Get some cigarette ash and sprinkle it on the wet and itchy areas of your toes to cure the itching of blisters between the toes.

3. If you have suffered from athlete's foot for many years, you can apply toothpaste on it, which is very effective.

4. Green tea contains tannic acid, which has antibacterial effects, and is especially effective in treating filamentous fungi that cause athlete's foot.

5. Use vinegar to mix the vanishing cream into a paste and apply it to the affected area. Use it as soon as it is prepared. Mild cases can be cured with one application, while severe cases can be cured with 2 to 3 applications.

6. Use 3 tubes of Bingpeng Powder and 1 packet of Liuyi Powder, mix well, wash and dry your feet at night, and apply the medicine to the affected area. Generally, it takes about 3 minutes to see results.

7. Wind oil essence. First wash the affected foot, wipe it dry, then apply essential oil to the affected area 1 to 2 times a day, and it will usually be effective after a few applications.

8. Take 1000 grams of medical stone, add 2000 grams of boiling water and soak it. Use this water to scrub the affected areas such as athlete's foot, acne, eczema, and prickly heat every day. It has a significant therapeutic effect.

9. Boil 4 pounds of white vinegar and 4 ounces of new peppercorns, then let it cool and soak your feet in it for 50 minutes. Do this for ten days and the injuries can be eradicated. But use with caution if you have injuries on your feet. Boil the vinegar only once and seal it after use to prevent it from evaporating.

10. White radish decoction

Cut half a white radish into thin slices, put it in a pot, then add appropriate amount of water, boil it over high heat for 3 minutes, then boil it over low heat for 5 minutes, then pour it into a basin, wait for it to cool down to a moderate temperature, wash your feet repeatedly, wash it several times, and use it for 3 to 5 days.

11. Alkali powder can treat athlete's foot

In summer, feet sweat a lot and are prone to athlete's foot. Before going to bed at night, use a tablespoon of alkaline noodles (the same alkaline noodles used for steaming buns), dissolve it in warm water, and soak your feet in the alkaline water for about 30 minutes. For mild cases, do it two or three times, and for severe cases, four or five times.

12. Pepper and salt water

Add 10 grams of Sichuan pepper and 20 grams of salt into water and boil them for a while. When the temperature is not hot enough to burn your feet, you can soak your feet in it. Soak your feet for 20 minutes every night. Do this for a week and your feet will be healed. The used pepper and salt water can be heated and used continuously the next day. Use with caution in patients with ulcer infection.

13. Soybean water

Add 150 grams of soybeans and about 1 kilogram of water, cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. When the water temperature is suitable for washing feet, use it to soak your feet. You can soak for a while. It is very effective in treating athlete's foot. It prevents feet from peeling and keeps the skin moisturized. Generally, the effect will be seen after washing for three or four days.

14. Beer can cure athlete’s foot

The method is to pour bottled beer into a basin without adding water, wash your feet, soak them in beer for 20 minutes and then rinse them. Soak 1 to 2 times a week.

15. Leek can cure athlete’s foot

Wash 250 grams of fresh leek, cut into small pieces, put in a bowl and pour in boiling water. When the water has cooled down enough to put your feet in, soak your feet for half an hour. The water should cover your feet and you can rub your feet at the same time. Wash it again after a week for better results.

16. Panax notoginseng can cure tinea pedis

I picked a handful of Panax notoginseng, including leaves, stems and flowers, washed them with cold water, mashed them into a paste, added a little salt, and applied it to the affected area for about 20 minutes each time, 3 times a day, for 3 consecutive days, and my feet stopped itching.

These folk remedies can relieve itching, but if you want to completely cure athlete's foot, it is recommended that you go to the hospital for treatment. Early examination and early treatment are more effective. In addition, you must pay attention to foot cleaning and wash your feet every day.
