Vibrio lyticus detection

Vibrio lyticus detection

Nowadays, many people need to go to the hospital regularly for physical examinations, because only through examination can we confirm the current stage of the body and avoid unnecessary complications, which will cause danger and burden to the body. When conducting Vibrio lyticus testing, it is important to pay attention to the process and cooperate with the doctor's arrangements.

Treatment measures/Vibrio parahaemolyticus

1. Supportive and symptomatic treatment: Those who cannot receive dehydration need to receive normal saline and glucose saline, or oral rehydration salts to correct dehydration. For those with hypotension, in addition to volume supplementation and correction of acidosis, vasoactive drugs may be used as appropriate.

2. Antimicrobial drugs: Patients with mild cases do not need antibiotics. Those with more serious cases can be given co-trimoxazole or quinolone antibiotics such as gentamicin, amikacin and norfloxacin.

3. After poisoning occurs, stop eating the suspected poisoned food immediately and go to the hospital for treatment. Vibrio parahaemolyticus is sensitive to chloramphenicol. Those with severe vomiting and diarrhea should replenish water and salt.

Pathogenesis/Vibrio parahaemolyticus

Swallowing more than 100,000 live bacteria can cause the disease, and some may even show symptoms of sepsis. The bacteria are invasive, and the TDH and TRH they produce are similar in antigenicity and immunogenicity. Both have hemolytic activity and enterotoxin effects, which can cause swelling, congestion and intestinal fluid retention of intestinal loops, causing diarrhea.

TDH is specifically cardiotoxic to the heart and can cause atrial fibrillation, premature contractions or myocardial damage. Recently, it has been discovered that urease is related to diarrhea in this disease. The patients have different constitutions and immunity, and their clinical manifestations vary in severity and are polymorphic. Residents from mountainous and inland areas who go to coastal areas and are infected are more seriously ill and have typical clinical manifestations; those in coastal areas generally have milder symptoms.
