Some people will take gastrointestinal digestive medicine after eating something wrong, but if our symptoms are severe, these digestive medicines will not be very effective. Chinese Medicine

1. Eating too much meat: causes loss of appetite, abdominal distension and pain, hiccups and vomiting. You can use 90 grams of hawthorn meat, fry it until it is charred, then grind it into fine powder, take 15 grams each time, with warm water, twice a day. If eating beef causes discomfort, you can use a handful of dry straw, fry it into a thick soup and drink it while it is hot. If you feel uncomfortable after eating too much dog meat or mutton, you can boil 14 hawthorns and 24 almonds into a thick soup and drink it.

2. Eating too much pasta: causes anorexia and abdominal distension and pain. You can take 30 grams of Shenqu, 10 grams of fried radish seeds, and 10 grams of malt, decocted in water, once a day, divided into three times.

3. Eating too many cereals: It causes loss of appetite. You can take an appropriate amount of rice crust (millet, japonica rice, or glutinous rice), burn it and grind it into powder. Take it with warm water, 5 grams each time, three times a day. You can also boil 30 grams of roasted malt in water, or mash white radish and take the juice. Eating too many Yuanxiao: You can use 30 grams of roasted malt and boil it in water.

4. Eating too many eggs: You can soak 30 grams of Shenqu in water and drink it, or mix it with a tablespoon of vinegar and rice soup.

5. Eating too many raw and cold fruits: You can use 1.5 grams of cloves and 15 grams of Shenqu, soak them in water and drink them instead of tea.

6. Eating too much fish can cause discomfort. You can use 15 grams of red yeast rice and boil it in water.

7. Drinking too much: You can use 500 grams of white radish, wash and mash it to extract the juice, then add appropriate amount of sugar and vinegar to the white radish juice and drink it.
