Pharmacology and Toxicology: Paracetamol and aspirin in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and produce antipyretic and analgesic effects; caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant that can constrict cerebral blood vessels and reduce their pulsation amplitude. When used in combination with antipyretic and analgesic drugs, it can increase the antipyretic and analgesic effects.
