Diet therapy: ① 9 grams of lentil flower and 12 grams of Chinese toon bark, wrap them with gauze, add 200 ml of water, boil and take 150 ml, drink in several times, it usually takes effect in 1 week.

② Put 30g of new silkworm feces (wrapped in cloth) and 30g of Job's tears in a clay pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil it, once a day for 5 to 7 days.

2. Deficiency of spleen and kidney

Symptoms: excessive, thin, and continuous vaginal discharge, poor appetite, fatigue, soreness of the waist and knees, dull complexion, or loose stools. The tongue is pale with white or greasy coating, and the pulse is soft and slow.
