3. Tooth enamel is afraid of acid, so drink less carbonated drinks. Use a mouthwash that contains fluoride every three days. Mouthwash can penetrate deep into the gaps between teeth where toothpaste cannot reach, and remove tartar and plaque. But there is no need to use too much, rinse thoroughly after brushing with mouthwash.
