1. Kumquat cannot be paired with milk. The protein in milk and the fruit acid in kumquat will coagulate when combined, making it difficult to digest and absorb, so kumquat cannot be paired with milk.

2. Kumquat cannot be paired with radish. Radishes contain more enzymes, and oranges contain flavonoids. If kumquats and radishes are often eaten together, they can induce or cause goiter.

Among fruits and vegetables with low sugar content, the sugar content of cucumber, pumpkin and tomato is 2%, the sugar content of watermelon and cantaloupe is 4%-5%, the sugar content of grapes, cherries, pears, lemons, oranges, peaches, plums, pomegranates, tangerines, loquats, grapefruits, bayberries, apples and pineapples is less than 12%; the sugar content of bananas, longans, lychees and persimmons is higher, with 14%-16%, the sugar content of sugar cane is 20-30%, and the sugar content of candied dates and raisins is as high as 70%-80%. People with diabetes should try to choose fruits and vegetables with low sugar content. They should not eat too many fruits and vegetables with medium sugar content and should eat them in moderation. They should also avoid eating persimmons, sugar cane, candied dates and raisins with high sugar content. Fruit juice and canned fruit are high in sugar, so it is best not to eat them.
