How to treat belt meridian cold

1. Pushing the belt meridian method

Use the navel as the midpoint and push to the left and right sides several times, then use your palms to push back and forth on the lower back. Use moderate force when pushing, not too light or too heavy, just feel comfortable.

2. Tap the belt meridian

Lie on the bed and gently hit your left and right sides of your waist with your hands, more than 100 times. Pregnant women should never do this.

The method of massaging the belt meridian can speed up the circulation of qi and blood in the meridians. It is helpful for people who have a cold waist, often feel soreness and dysmenorrhea. In addition to the effect of unblocking blood vessels, pushing the belt meridian can strengthen the kidneys, and tapping the belt meridian can also enhance intestinal peristalsis. 3. Comb your belly

Before going to bed, lie on your back, hold the scraping board in one hand through a layer of pajamas, and push from the stomach to the pubic symphysis (midline) of the lower abdomen, repeat about 10 times. Because Chinese medicine believes that the human abdomen is the "palace of the internal organs, the source of yin and yang qi and blood", the abdomen is yin, and all yin meridians must pass through the abdomen, such as the gallbladder meridian, kidney meridian, spleen meridian, etc. If the abdomen catches cold, it will easily cause the belt meridian to become blocked. Therefore, you must pay attention to "keeping warm" in your abdomen, don't let your abdomen catch cold, and don't wear low-waist pants, navel-baring clothes, etc.
