TCM treatment of sebaceous cysts

1. Ginseng Jianpi Pills

2. Chinese medicine physical therapy

For cysts within 0.5 cm, you can use a hot needle to poke it open. If you can squeeze out the contents, do so. If you can't squeeze it out, don't force it. After two days, you can squeeze it out with a little force, and then apply some iodine tincture on the outside. For cysts larger than 0.5 cm, you need to use a micro reverse needle knife after disinfection and local anesthesia to pierce the skin, poke the skin a little, then press and rub it with a little force to squeeze out the contents inside, and don't force it. Then put two grains into the cavity and bandage it. Pus will flow out in about three days, and the capsule will also flow out at this time. Just clean, disinfect the local area and bandage it.

3. Chinese medicine treatment:

1. For those within 0.5 cm, use a fire needle, but do not injure the deep normal tissue. Squeeze it out if possible, but do not force it. After 2 days, you can squeeze it out with slight force, apply iodine externally, and deiodine with alcohol. If the condition does not improve after one treatment, it can be treated twice.

2. If the area is larger than 0.5 cm, use a micro reverse needle knife, disinfect it routinely, pierce it after local anesthesia, pick up the skin 0.2-0.3 cm, rub it slightly, and squeeze out the contents as much as possible. Do not squeeze it hard! Afterwards, use 2 pills of "Liushen Pills" and put them into the deep cavity, then apply a dressing. Wait for about 3 days for the pus to be discharged from the inside, squeeze it slightly, and the capsule can usually be discharged with it. Then disinfect and bandage the area to achieve a radical cure.

3. External treatment with Chinese medicine: Grind a piece of galangal (available at Chinese medicine stores) into a thick juice and apply the juice to the affected area. 5-6 times a day.
