4. After confirming that there is no venous leakage, the spermatic cord is returned, the levator testis fascia and the external oblique muscle membrane are sutured, the external ring opening is reconstructed (only the little finger can be accommodated), and the skin is sutured.

Note: If varicocele is not treated in time, it will lead to venous blood stasis, causing the temperature of the testicles to rise, thereby interfering with spermatogenesis. It will also reduce sperm count, lower sperm motility, and lead to an increase in abnormal sperm, thus causing male infertility. Severe varicocele can cause testicular atrophy, so friends should pay more attention if they have symptoms of varicocele.
