How to treat gonorrhea

How to treat gonorrhea

Among various sexually transmitted diseases, gonorrhea ranks second in harm, second only to syphilis in terms of harm to the human body, and it is highly contagious. Basically, as long as you have sexual intercourse with someone with gonorrhea, there is a 90% chance of being infected. In order to prevent the occurrence of gonorrhea, I advise all men to pay attention to keeping themselves clean to avoid being infected with gonorrhea, which is very difficult to treat.

One very big characteristic of gonorrhea is that it cannot be eradicated after treatment. As long as it encounters its trigger mechanism, gonorrhea symptoms will reappear. But no matter what, gonorrhea must be treated in time, otherwise the consequences will be disastrous. So, what is the best way to treat gonorrhea?

It should be noted that during the process of regular treatment, patients should seriously cooperate with the doctor's treatment plan, not stop treatment at any time, not arbitrarily change the medication time, and be careful in daily life, then the cure of gonorrhea is just around the corner. Choose drugs rationally based on treatment options: Choose appropriate drugs based on comprehensive considerations such as the sensitivity and resistance of gonorrhea to drugs, the price of the drugs, the ease of use, the toxic and side effects of the drugs, and the patient's condition.

If complications occur, effective treatment should be given. For those with complications, both gonorrhea and other sexually transmitted diseases should be treated to avoid neglecting one while focusing on the other. Gonorrhea requires scientific treatment methods to better achieve the purpose of treatment. Regular treatment should be given as soon as possible: Once diagnosed, regular treatment should be given in a timely manner to avoid delaying the disease.

Regular follow-up examinations are usually performed 1 to 2 weeks after the end of regular treatment. In the absence of further unclean sexual contact, all clinical symptoms and signs disappear, and the urine is clear and does not contain gonorrhea. Samples are taken from the affected area (including prostate massage fluid, cervical secretions), and smear and culture examinations of cocci are negative for two consecutive times.

This is all I have to say about how to treat gonorrhea. I would also like to remind all my friends that as a sexually transmitted disease, many of them feel very scared when talking about gonorrhea, so they have a certain psychological resistance to the disease. This will only increase the patient's psychological burden when the disease occurs. Therefore, if you want to cure gonorrhea, you must maintain a good attitude.
