What to do in case of early pregnancy?

In fact, the phenomenon of unwanted pregnancy among teenage girls is quite common nowadays. However, due to various reasons, early pregnancy needs to be terminated, and the way to terminate early pregnancy is through abortion. However, it should be noted that if the pregnancy exceeds 14 weeks, it is not suitable for abortion, but an induced abortion is required, which will cause greater harm.

1. If you find out that you are pregnant early, you should deal with it in time. The earlier the abortion is performed, the simpler and safer it is; otherwise, the operation will be complicated and the recovery time will be longer. It is most appropriate to have an artificial abortion within 42-48 days of pregnancy. At this time, the uterus is not too large, the fetus and placenta have not yet formed, the reaction during the operation is mild, the bleeding is little, the operation time is short, the recovery is fast, and the impact on the body is small.

2. When the pregnancy lasts 10-14 weeks, the embryo gradually grows, the placenta has been formed, and the uterus also grows. At this time, artificial abortion surgery is difficult, bleeding is heavy, and recovery is relatively slow, which has a certain impact on the body.

3. If the pregnancy exceeds 14 weeks, an induced abortion is required, which will increase the pain of the pregnant woman and the risk of the operation.

In the early stages of pregnancy, about half of the women will experience low fever, dizziness, fatigue, drowsiness, drooling, loss of appetite, preference for sour foods, aversion to greasy foods, nausea, and vomiting in the morning about 6 weeks after the menstruation stops. This is the "early pregnancy reaction", which is most severe in the 8th to 10th week.

4. This is the effect of hormones during the development of the fertilized egg and the neuroendocrine changes in the mother's body that occur in response to changes in the fetus. At this time, the physiological function of the pregnant woman's digestive system weakens, the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin decreases, and the tension of gastrointestinal smooth muscle decreases, so she likes sour food and dislikes greasy food. Due to the prolonged gastric emptying time, pregnant women often feel fullness in the upper abdomen and hiccups. The cardiac sphincter at the entrance of the stomach relaxes, and the acidic contents in the stomach can flow back into the lower esophagus, causing a "heartburn" feeling. Increased salivation and nausea in pregnant women may be related to vagus nerve excitement. Pregnant women may also experience constipation at this time.
