How to care for breasts during late pregnancy?

Pregnancy requires special care for women, and care in all aspects is also very important. Most people pay more attention to care in life and diet. However, for pregnant women, breast care in the late pregnancy is also very important, which is related to the recovery of the body after childbirth. So how to care for the breasts in the late pregnancy?

1. Wipe and push. Hold the breast with your left hand, and use the four fingers of your right hand to rub from the upper and lower outer edges of the breast towards the nipple three times. Then use your right hand to hold your breast, and use the four fingers of your left hand to push and rub from the upper and lower inner edges of the breast towards the nipple three times. 2. Rub. Put four fingers together, open the thumb naturally, place the palm close to the skin, and massage the breast 10 circles with the nipple as the center. Interlace your hands and rub your ribs 10 times with your palms.

3. Press with your finger. Use the middle finger to press Tanzhong (the point is located on the midline of the chest, at the midpoint of the line between the two nipples), Qimen (the point is located on the chest, directly below the nipple, in the 6th intercostal space, 4 inches away from the anterior midline), Rugen (located on the chest, directly below the nipple, at the root of the breast, in the 5th intercostal space, 4 inches away from the anterior midline), Zusanli (4 horizontal fingers downward from the outer knee pit, between the fibula and tibia, 1 horizontal finger from the tibia), Taichong (located on the dorsum of the foot, at the connection between the first and second metatarsal bones) for 10 seconds.

4. The bra fits tightly against the nipples, and when you move, the nipples rub against the bra fibers, causing the fibers to become cocoon-like and enter the milk ducts. Over time, blocked milk ducts will not only affect future breastfeeding, but will also cause mastitis and even develop into breast cancer. Therefore, pregnant mothers should not wear tight tops and should choose pure cotton bras.
