How to treat mild hemorrhoids?

Mild hemorrhoids should not be ignored by patients, because if mild symptoms are not treated, they may become more serious. It is recommended to soak in an appropriate amount of potassium permanganate solution, pay attention to exercise and avoid sitting for long periods of time, and use medications scientifically.

1. Pour an appropriate amount of potassium permanganate into a basin and add hot water, about two-thirds of the basin's water. Notice that the water turns slightly blue. Remember not to take too much potassium permanganate, because potassium permanganate is corrosive and excessive concentration can cause damage to the skin.

2. Office workers and students must be careful not to sit for long periods of time. They should stand up and exercise every 2 to 3 hours. Sitting for a long time is a major factor in the onset of hemorrhoids, so you should make sure to stand for a few minutes after sitting for a period of time. In my personal experience, it is best to stand up and stretch your legs and arms. At the same time, you cannot run or ride a bicycle for a long time.

3. Find a stool or squat directly on the mouth of the basin to carry out the so-called fumigation. About ten minutes is appropriate. You can also use a towel to apply hot compress of potassium permanganate solution to the affected area.

4. If the disease recurs, be sure to take medication in time. It is recommended to use topical medications that act directly on the affected area, which can quickly reduce swelling and relieve pain without affecting your life. There are many types of medicines on the market now. Everyone should keep their eyes open and try to choose medicines that others have used and have experience with and have a good reputation. In addition, eat a light diet, avoid spicy and irritating foods, have a regular life, and have a normal work and rest schedule.
