Fallopian tube stones can easily cause patients to experience severe colic, especially in the waist or upper abdomen, causing dull pain, and dull pain in the feet that can last for a long time. Some patients may also experience gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and abdominal distension. However, in order to better diagnose this disease, it is still necessary to go to the hospital for a more comprehensive and scientific diagnosis and then clarify the treatment method. 1. Pain: About 90% of patients experience pain, about half of whom experience severe colic, and the other half experience dull pain in the waist or upper abdomen. When colic occurs, the onset can be very sudden and the pain can become unbearable within minutes. The patient appears to be languid and in pain, irritable and restless, rolling around in bed, unable to lie quietly. This is very different from other patients with acute abdomen caused by organ perforation, who lie still and are afraid to move. The pain radiates down the ureter to the pubic area, groin, and perineum. The colic attacks may be brief, paroxysmal, or last for a few hours and then stop suddenly, but the dull pain may last for several days. 2. Gastrointestinal symptoms: Most patients often have gastrointestinal symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, and abdominal distension. In patients with mild colic, these gastrointestinal symptoms can easily lead to misdiagnosis. 3. Bladder irritation signs: Stones in the ureteral bladder wall segment can cause urinary urgency, frequency and pain when urinating. This may be because the muscles at the lower end of the ureter are connected to the muscles in the trigone of the bladder and directly attached to the posterior urethra. 4. Hematuria: It usually manifests as microscopic hematuria, and some patients have macroscopic hematuria. Systemic symptoms: Patients generally do not have fever. If the body temperature rises, the possibility of concurrent infection should be considered. This is a dangerous signal because if there is an infection and the obstruction is not relieved quickly, it may develop into pyonephrosis. 5. Signs: The ureteral lumen is small and stones can easily cause obstruction. Causes ipsilateral hydronephrosis and infection. During physical examination, the kidneys may be palpable and tender, and sometimes there is tenderness along the course of the ureters. Rectal examination or bimanual vaginal examination in women may palpate ureteral stones at the lower end. If you find ureteral stones, you can drink yushi tea to help improve conditioning. |
