What medicine can be used to treat chloasma

What medicine can be used to treat chloasma

Pustules are quite common in daily life. They are caused by inflammation of the local skin and symptoms caused by inflammation of the hair follicles. When pustules occur, local treatment should be the main focus, and treatment should be carried out through anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, astringent and drying methods. For example, antibiotic ointment can be used. If it is more serious, anti-inflammatory injections can be used for treatment, and sterilized cotton can be used to absorb the pus, and then it can be cleaned with potassium permanganate solution, and antibiotics should be applied to the wheat flour.

Drug Introduction

Impetigo is mainly treated locally, with cleaning, sterilization, anti-inflammation, astringency, drying and removal of secretions as the main principles. If the condition is mild, there is not much pus, and the scab is not thick, antibiotic ointment can be applied externally. If the abscess has not broken, you can puncture it with an anti-inflammatory needle, absorb the pus with sterilized cotton, remove the blister wall, clean it with 1/5000 potassium permanganate, and then apply antibiotics externally. Commonly used Chinese and Western medicine drugs will be explained in detail in this instruction.

Some suggestions

1. Auxiliary treatment: Patients are advised to focus on prevention, pay attention to personal hygiene, keep the skin clean, avoid scratching, and treat various itchy skin diseases.

2. The clothes, towels, utensils, etc. of patients with pustules should be disinfected.

3. Before applying Chinese and Western medicine ointments to the affected area, clean it with potassium permanganate solution.

4. When there are too many pustules and the skin lesions are widespread, oral or injected medications should be taken for systemic treatment. In severe cases, if there is fever, increased white blood cell count, or swollen nearby lymph nodes, you should seek medical attention promptly.
