2. Appropriate amounts of honey, brown sugar, and 5 grams of safflower. Put safflower in a thermos cup, brew it with boiling water, cover it, and after soaking for 10 minutes, add honey and brown sugar, and drink it while it is hot. Efficacy: soothing the stomach and intestines, relieving pain and removing ulcers.

3. 60 grams of dried ginger and 40 grams of roasted aconite. Crush the dried ginger and roasted aconite into fine powder, put them in a clean container, then add 500 ml of rice wine, seal it, open it after 7 days, remove the residue and set aside. Take 1 to 2 cups warm before meals, 3 times a day. Efficacy: Warming the middle and dispelling cold.
