The efficacy of purple maple

The efficacy of purple maple

There are many natural medicines, namely Chinese herbal medicines, in our lives. These Chinese herbal medicines have many benefits for people. Some can treat people’s physical diseases and some can regulate people’s bodies. Purple Maple is a very common Chinese herbal medicine. Its main effect on the human body is to nourish the spleen and replenish qi or improve the body's resistance, lower the body's blood sugar, etc. The following is a detailed introduction to the effects of purple maple.

The effect of benefiting the stomach and promoting fluid production: Dendrobium officinale has the effect of benefiting the stomach and promoting fluid production, which is mainly manifested in promoting glandular secretion and organ movement, and nourishing the spleen and stomach.

Hypoglycemic effect: Dendrobium officinale can reduce the blood sugar level of diabetes induced by streptozotocin.

Enhance the body's immunity: Purple Dendrobium Granules can promote the phagocytic function of macrophages in tumor-bearing animals, enhance the proliferation and differentiation of T lymphocytes and the activity of NK cells, and can significantly increase the serum hemolysin value of tumor-bearing animals. It has a certain effect on improving nonspecific immune function, specific cellular immunity and humoral immune function.

How to eat purple maple pods

Purple maple contains a large amount of plant gum and fiber, and has a unique grassy aroma. Using it to stew soup can enhance the taste of the soup and make the soup look thicker. Compared with the Iron-skinned Maple Bulb, the gum of the Purple Maple Bulb is more difficult to fully dissolve in water, so it is not recommended to soak it in water. I usually eat it in several ways, such as making soup, soaking in wine, grinding into powder, and decocting in water.

Making soup: Purple maple thrush needs to be used with other medicinal materials to make chicken soup, duck soup, meat soup, etc. Before making the soup, it is best to wash the purple maple thrush and soak it for 20 minutes. When making the soup, add it together with the soaking water. The following is an example of a chicken soup that the editor often makes. Wash the purple maple vine, native chicken and wolfberry and set aside for later use; chop the native chicken into pieces, boil it in clean water and skim off the floating blood foam; bring to a boil over high heat, then put it into a stew pot and simmer over low heat; when the chicken is soft, add the maple vine and salt to taste; simmer for 30 minutes.

Soaking in wine: Soaking in wine is my favorite way to eat purple-skinned maple buds. The cold nature of the dendrobium is well matched with the strong nature of the wine. Combine purple maple bush with medicinal herbs such as Ganoderma lucidum, honey, Poria cocos, and use homemade millet wine. In three months, you can make a jar of nourishing and delicious Dendrobium medicinal wine. Dendrobium wine soaking involves a lot of knowledge about the compatibility of medicinal materials, so we recommend that you go to a specialized Chinese medicine store to consult a doctor and get the medicinal materials. Please do not take the medicine privately.

Powder: Grind the purple maple mulberry together with American ginseng, Poria cocos, Angelica sinensis and other medicinal materials into powder, and then take it with warm water or make soup. This is also a very good way to eat it.
