Buttocks rubbing pain

Buttock pain can be caused by clothing, excessive sweating, or deformities around the hip area.

1. Clothes: If the clothes you wear are made of rough and tight materials, they will often rub against the skin of your buttocks when you walk. This may cause skin damage and pain. Wear loose and comfortable cotton clothes, and don't wear clothes that are too tight. This can gradually relieve the symptoms.

2. Excessive sweating: This is related to seasonal factors. In summer, the weather is relatively hot. If the patient often sits or stands in a high temperature environment, a lot of sweat will appear on the buttocks after a long time. At the same time, sweat will stick to clothes and skin when walking, and excessive friction will cause pain. Be sure to keep the temperature of your living room and working environment appropriate, and take a shower and change clothes frequently.

3. Deformities around the hip: For example, pelvic tilt and other conditions will cause some changes in the shape of the joints, and the patient's buttocks will appear excessively protruding, which will also cause pain after frequent friction with clothes. If necessary, you need to go to a regular hospital for further examination to understand the cause, and then carry out targeted treatment. During the treatment, you should eat a light diet and avoid eating irritating or greasy foods.
