Pig's trotters are an ingredient we are more familiar with, but we all know that many ingredients, if we want to better play their functions, need to be matched with other health-care herbs. Stewed pig's trotters with angelica is a better match, which can help replenish qi and blood. You can also try other medicinal diets to replenish qi and blood, such as angelica, yam, pork kidney or spiced beef, all of which have such effects.

Third: Spiced Beef

Ingredients: beef, salt, sugar, red soy sauce, ginger, onion, cooking wine, fennel, cinnamon and red rice juice

It needs to be turned over many times during the marinating process to achieve the best effect; add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil, put the prepared beef into the pot, blanch it and then take it out and clean it; then add the various prepared seasonings to the pot, put in the beef, and then stir-fry together, and finally simmer on low heat for about two hours, take it out and let it cool and it's all done.
