Acne, also known as blackheads, is a common skin disease, which is mainly related to inflammation and blockage of hair follicles. The essential reason lies in endocrine disorders, lack of rest, staying up late, and eating greasy food. There are many ways to treat acne, among which fire needle is also a treatment method. Fire needle treatment also has a certain effect in promoting blood circulation. How to Treat Acne First of all, we must identify the causes and triggers of the disease in treatment. Acne occurs because of increased secretion of sebaceous glands, so to reduce the secretion of sebaceous glands, we can choose some androgen antagonists. Androgen has a stimulating effect on the sebaceous glands, so we can choose androgenic antagonists to reduce secretion. Commonly used ones are spironolactone and vitamin A. These two drugs are used to regulate the secretion of sebaceous glands. The time can be longer, perhaps two to three months. Long-term use of small doses can effectively inhibit the secretion of sebaceous glands and reduce the chance of acne caused by blocked hair follicles. At the same time, we also use some oil-control creams and toners externally. Second, for anti-infection, if it is not serious, metronidazole can be used. If the pustules are more severe, it is recommended to use oral drugs such as minocycline, doxycycline, and metacycline. Of course, when the infection is severe, it can also be injected. Third, keep the sebaceous ducts unobstructed. According to the principle of duct theory, acne and inflammation will occur wherever the sebaceous glands are blocked. Therefore, puncture and drainage should be performed under strict aseptic conditions for mature acne, pustules, and cysts. Secondly, you should pay attention to avoid eating spicy, greasy, high-fat, high-sugar, and high-protein foods. Hot pot is forbidden. You should eat a light diet and control your food intake. Some causes of acne are: 1. Hair: Hair is easily stained with dirt and grease, and covering the face will make the face even more oily. 2. Sauna: The steam in sauna and beauty salon both help blood circulation, but it is better not to steam when your face is covered with acne, as it will intensify an all-round outbreak of acne. 3. Adhesive tape: If the inflamed acne is blocked, the situation will get worse. If the acne has become purulent, removing the adhesive tape will tear the wound and leave scars. 4. Sun: Frequent exposure to direct sunlight not only causes damage from ultraviolet rays, but also activates the secretion of sweat glands and sebaceous glands, clogs pores, and accelerates inflammation. So be sure to do a good job of sun protection. 5. Iodine: Foods high in iodine (such as seaweed) should be avoided during acne outbreaks. 6. Swimming: The disinfectants and bacteria in the swimming pool will irritate the skin. Avoid swimming when you have acne. 7. Drinking: Alcohol makes the blood become weakly acidic, which indirectly causes acne problems. Drinking will accelerate blood circulation and trigger acne. 8. Massage: Facial massage can certainly promote blood circulation, but if there are inflamed pimples on the face, the pimples will get worse due to massage or even be infected with more bacteria, so don't do beauty massage when your face is full of pimples. |
