Symptoms of pericardium meridian obstruction

Symptoms of pericardium meridian obstruction

The pericardium meridian does not usually show multiple symptoms. It may show hot palms. This is because the meridian is connected at the Laogong point, which will cause the patient to have hot palms. This is also the most common manifestation of pericardial inconsolability. In addition, arm and elbow spasms are also common in patients. It often leads to poor blood circulation, causing symptoms such as soreness, numbness, and swelling. In addition, it often causes symptoms such as swelling and pain in the armpit.

First, it will manifest as "hot palms".

The pericardium meridian runs along the midline of the front edge of the human arm, all the way to the middle finger. There is Laogong point in the palm of a person's hand. Laogong point is also an important point of the pericardium meridian. If there is heat in the pericardium, it will be reflected in the Laogong point, that is, the palm of the hand will be hot. How to solve it? You can tap the pericardium meridian (see Figure 8), first massage the Jiquan point located in the armpit. Jiquan point is a major point for relieving depression and belongs to the heart meridian point, then tap outwards along the midline of the front edge of the arm. Tapping the pericardium meridian is very effective in regulating the pericardium's qi.

Second, some people always have sweaty palms, which is a manifestation of pericardial inconsolability.

Because the pericardium meridian belongs to the Jueyin meridian, and the Jueyin meridian is responsible for astringency. If it is not astringent, the problem of sweating in the palms cannot be solved.

Third, cramps in the arms and elbows.

Along the elbow and arm, there will be "spasm", that is, cramps, or discomfort and numbness. In clinical practice, there are more and more such patients who always feel their arms are heavy and numb. In fact, heaviness and numbness in the arms, especially the heaviness and numbness below the midline, is a sign that a person has heart disease or pericarditis. This type of person suffers from too much work pressure and excessive anxiety, which hinders the flow of Qi and blood, and blocks the smooth flow of meridians, leading to feelings of numbness, swelling, and heaviness.

Fourth, axillary swelling, that is, swelling and pain under the armpit

This is also a pericardial disease. If the condition continues to develop, you will feel "chest and flank fullness", that is, you will always feel that your chest and flanks are particularly swollen. If the condition continues to develop, your heart will start beating very fast, just like a person who is extremely nervous.

Fifth, there is a sign that is a precursor to heart disease, called "red face and yellow eyes."

The face will turn red, and if the redness is in the middle of the eyebrows and is "like a lamp flower", then it is very bad. In Taoist medicine, the area between the eyebrows is called Yin Tang. If this area turns red, a person’s “good or bad fortune may occur at any time.” If the forehead is black, it is even worse, because black is the color of kidney water, and water overcomes fire, which will cause more serious heart disease. When you look in the mirror, you should pay attention to your face, as some signs of illness will be reflected on your face.

Sixth, keep laughing

"Happiness will scatter the mind." Chinese medicine teaches that nothing should be excessive, and happiness can be divided into positive and negative. If it is normal happiness, then there is no problem; but if people laugh all the time, especially if the elderly suddenly laugh all the time, the younger generation should be more careful, because this is a sign that the mind is about to be scattered, and the elderly person's condition will worsen.
