What causes dysmenorrhea to vomiting?

Normal dysmenorrhea will only cause mild diarrhea, frequent abdominal distension, and obvious pain on both sides of the abdomen. Generally, dysmenorrhea will not cause nausea and vomiting, but more severe dysmenorrhea will cause nausea and vomiting after the onset. It is necessary to find the cause and choose the appropriate method of treatment.

Overview

In fact, many women may experience a lot of discomfort during menstrual dysmenorrhea, but you don’t need to worry too much when you encounter this symptom. I have always had a weak constitution and have had anemia since childhood. Later, my menstruation became irregular after puberty. Last year, probably because of the great pressure at work, I developed symptoms of dysmenorrhea, heavy menstrual flow, and dizziness and nausea every time I had my period. Later, a friend who studied medicine told me several conditioning methods. I felt some relief after using them, and now I will share these experiences with you.

What is the cause of menstrual pain and vomiting?

First: Dysmenorrhea, dizziness, nausea, and loss of appetite require you to maintain a balanced eating habit. Eat less food that is too sweet or too salty, because eating too much sweet or too salty food can cause bloating, increase the severity of dysmenorrhea, and make nausea worse. You should eat more vegetables, fruits, chicken, fish, etc. Eating small meals frequently is a very good way to solve dysmenorrhea and vomiting in women.

Second: To relieve nausea and vomiting caused by dysmenorrhea, you need to keep your body in a warm state. Body warmth can promote blood circulation, relax muscles, and relieve pain. At the same time, you should drink more hot water, or you can use a sleeping bag to apply hot compress on your lower abdomen.

Third: Also pay attention to eating less caffeinated foods such as coffee, tea, chocolate, etc. Because these foods can put the nerves in a state of tension, leading to discomfort during menstruation. The oils contained in coffee can also irritate the small intestine, making the symptoms more obvious.

Precautions

Dysmenorrhea in girls may be caused by illness. If vomiting or severe pain occurs, please go to the hospital for examination in time.
