5: It is related to sleeping posture, and on the other hand it may be related to the hardness of the bed. You can change your sleeping position appropriately, or switch to a bed that is slightly harder. 2. When sleeping at night, you must go to bed before 11pm. This is in line with the body's biological clock. The body has its own work to do in each short period of time, such as blood production, growth hormone secretion, repair of internal organs, and detoxification of internal organs. If you go to bed late, no matter how much you sleep in the morning, you can’t make up for it. I didn’t feel it when I was young and I often stayed up late. Now, if I go to bed after 12 o’clock, I will feel discomfort in my waist and abdominal organs in the morning. It seems that the detoxification theory does make sense, and the older you get, the more you can feel some abnormalities in your body, because you are definitely not as resistant as you were when you were young.

3. Take a nap. Naps are important. A short break at noon will give you plenty of energy for the whole afternoon. To be honest, why napping has this effect is still a medical mystery. Nap time control is critical. 15-30 minutes. It should not be too long. If it exceeds 30 minutes, you will easily enter deep sleep. If you wake up again, you will feel very uncomfortable, just like it is uncomfortable to wake you up in the middle of the night. This will instead increase your feeling of tiredness.

Proper diet:

Eat more vegetables and fruits, eat meat in moderation, and drink dairy products, especially yogurt, regularly. Even if you are a meat eater, you can eat less meat, but you should slowly develop the habit of eating more vegetables so as to maintain the acid-base balance of the body.

Proper exercise ,

Even if you don’t like sports, you should do some exercise during your weekly rest time, even if it is the simplest one, such as playing table tennis, badminton, or cycling, running, basketball, etc. Exercise 2-3 hours every week. Don't spend your weekends in front of the computer
