Pour a small amount of white vinegar into the water used to wash the socks, soak them for a while, and then rinse them with clean water. This will not only remove odors, but also kill bacteria!
3. Start from the perspective of the feet The core problem of foot odor is still the problem of feet. What if it's really a problem with the foot itself? You can start from the perspective of foot soaking. When washing your feet, you can add a small amount of rice vinegar to the water, and then soak your feet for about 15 minutes, for three or four days, to deodorize. You can also use 15 grams of Pueraria root (grind into fine powder), add 15 grams of white wine, pour it into water, boil it and then wash your feet with it. This can also deodorize for a week. You can also use winter melon peel to boil a soup and wash your feet, which can cure athlete's foot and foot odor, killing two birds with one stone. |
