Why does a woman feel dizzy and weak?

Why does a woman feel dizzy and weak?

Many women are physically weak and they tend to suffer from dizziness and blurred vision more often. Most women suffer from anemia, and the typical symptom of anemia is dizziness. Of course, this is not an absolute factor. The occurrence of such symptoms is closely related to many factors, so attention should be paid to treatment and conditioning. So why do women feel dizzy, weak and powerless?

1. Low or high blood pressure

Too low or too high blood pressure can easily cause dizziness. If women experience frequent dizziness, they should first check whether their blood pressure is normal. Generally speaking, women between the ages of 35 and 40 are prone to high or low blood pressure.

2. Anemia

Many women have varying degrees of anemia, which can directly lead to temporary hypoxia of the brain or temporary insufficient blood supply to the body's organs when changing body positions, causing dizziness. In severe cases of anemia, women may even feel dizzy and lose consciousness.

3. Hypoglycemia

Feeling dizzy when hungry or before eating, which is relieved or disappears after eating, often accompanied by fatigue, is a manifestation of hypoglycemia dizziness.

4. Cervical spondylosis

Vertigo occurs repeatedly, mostly when the neck moves, and is relatively short-lived. There is pain in the neck or back of the neck when you wake up in the morning. Symptoms such as numbness and weakness in the arms, tinnitus, and headaches also occur at other times. These are caused by cervical spondylosis.

5. Cerebrovascular disease

Sudden onset of severe rotational vertigo, which may be accompanied by nausea and vomiting, gradually improves after 10-20 days and is often accompanied by symptoms such as tinnitus and deafness. It may be caused by cerebrovascular disease.

6. Brain tumors

Mild vertigo, swaying, instability, and rarely a sense of rotation often occur. Symptoms include unilateral tinnitus, deafness, and numbness or decreased sensation of the face on the affected side, as well as peripheral facial paralysis. It may be an early sign of a brain tumor.
