Effects of Millettia reticulata

Effects on coagulation and fibrinolysis: Effects on in vitro coagulation and fibrinolysis of canine blood were tested on dogs. After anesthesia, the femoral artery was exposed and blood was collected (the test tube was placed in ice immediately after blood collection). One part of anticoagulant (sodium oxalate, sodium citrate) was added to 9 parts of whole blood, and the plasma was separated by centrifugation. The plasma was divided into 3 parts, and 0.03 ml of normal saline, salvia miltiorrhiza injection, and millettia spatholobi injection were added to each of them. Determine the recalcification time (reflecting the intrinsic coagulation process), prothrombin time, thrombin coagulation time, plasma fibrinogen quantification and globulin lysis test. It can be seen that Millettia reticulata (containing 3 mg of crude drug per 1 ml) has no obvious effect on the coagulation and fibrinolysis process of isolated dog blood.
