How to quickly relieve coccyx pain

1. Maintaining the same posture all the time will cause varying degrees of coccyx pain, sometimes radiating to the buttocks and thighs, commonly known as TV coccyx disease. Therefore, when watching TV for a long time, you should pay attention to properly moving your waist and not always maintain the same posture to watch TV programs. This is the fundamental way to prevent TV coccyx disease.

2. Try to reduce or avoid pressure on the affected area. When sitting normally, you can put a decompression cushion similar to a lifebuoy on the chair to reduce the pressure on the affected area. This hollow-designed cushion can disperse the pressure on the coccyx and buttocks, allowing patients to sit longer and work more conveniently.

3. You can take some calcium supplements to accelerate the recovery of lower back pain caused by coccygeal injury (including coccygeal fracture, dislocation and subluxation).

4. Massage more often, protect our coccyx, and avoid excessive strain on daily basis.
