Bilateral breast compression discharge

Bilateral breast compression discharge

Some people's breasts are exposed to external interference for a long time, which can easily lead to the risk of bacterial infection of the breasts. Sometimes nipple inflammation and various abnormal breast manifestations may also occur. If you find that you have discharge after squeezing both breasts, you can first understand the various causes and then deal with them accordingly. So what causes bilateral breast compression discharge?

Nipple discharge is a breast disease. As the pace of life accelerates, the incidence of the disease gradually increases, accounting for 10% of breast diseases. The disease is divided into two types: physiological and pathological.

1. The lactation phenomenon during lactation is physiological nipple discharge, which is normal. In addition, physiological nipple discharge may also be caused by oral contraceptives or sedatives. In this case, women should pay attention to nipple hygiene and keep them dry. Physiological nipple discharge does not require treatment.

2. Bilateral nipple discharge usually occurs in female patients between 30 and 40 years old. If the disease occurs before the age of 40, it is generally benign. If the patient is over 50 years old, the chance of cancer is very high.

Therefore, if you have nipple discharge, do not turn a blind eye to it. You should actively check and treat it symptomatically, especially to prevent the occurrence of cystic breast hyperplasia.

3. The nipple discharge that generally requires treatment is pathological, which refers to the nipple discharge that occurs in women who are not breastfeeding or pregnant. This situation is caused by disease. Unilateral or bilateral nipple discharge is a benign lesion. Generally, bilateral nipple discharge is the main gynecological disease. If there is a lump in the breast, it is likely to be cancer and should be checked as soon as possible.

There are many reasons for nipple discharge. Patients can undergo B-ultrasound examination first during treatment. This method is very accurate in examining the causes of benign breast diseases. If the nipple discharge is pathological, it must be treated as soon as possible.
