How to remove dental plaque inside teeth

The formation of dental tartar has a lot to do with food residues and minerals in saliva. Once tartar is formed, it is very difficult to remove. Even brushing your teeth every day cannot remove these calcified minerals. Dental plaque is usually yellow or white. If you smoke, the dental plaque will turn dark and look very ugly. So, how do you remove tartar on the inside of your teeth? What are the methods?

Dental tartar is attached to the crown or neck of the tooth. It is mainly calcified minerals formed by food residues, necrotic and detached oral epithelial cells and minerals in saliva attached to the surface of the teeth. The general color is white or yellow, and it can also turn dark due to smoking. It is mainly divided into supragingival calculus and subgingival calculus. Supragingival calculus is attached to the relatively smooth tooth surface and is easy to fall off, while subgingival calculus is attached to the uneven teeth, with a tight connection point and is not easy to fall off.

A large number of studies have shown that the formation of dental tartar is mainly due to the influence of factors such as saliva composition, eating habits and oral hygiene habits, and can be formed as early as 48 hours after teeth cleaning. There are two conditions for the formation of dental tartar: one is the acid concentration in the oral cavity; the other is the parasite on which it depends. Once these two conditions are met, no matter how you brush your teeth, you will not be able to prevent the formation of dental plaque.

If you find that tartar has formed on your teeth, you need to go to the dental clinic to have your teeth cleaned as soon as possible, because if you leave it alone, it will easily lead to inflammation such as periodontitis. Once tartar is found, it cannot be removed no matter how carefully you brush your teeth, because 99% of tartar is composed of crystallized saliva. It relies on the acid-eroding ability of plaque to adhere to and accumulate on the teeth. This derivative cannot be removed by toothpaste.

If you want to prevent tartar, you should develop a good habit of brushing your teeth regularly. Insist on brushing your teeth in the morning and evening and rinsing your mouth after meals. This can prevent the occurrence of tartar to a certain extent. There is also a more special situation in the formation of tartar, that is, the oral environment of some tartar patients is too acidic for a long time, which is congenital, so the impact of oral cleaning habits on it is limited. In short, if you want to effectively prevent dental tartar, you must start by regulating the oral environment through care.
