How to adjust your eyesight

How to adjust your eyesight

Teenagers are in the period of eye development. If they overuse their eyes or use their eyes improperly at this time, it will affect their vision. For example, if they look at the mobile phone for too long, stare at the computer for too long, or read too close, they will gradually develop true myopia over time. For people over 40 years old, if the eyes are too tired, it will induce eye diseases such as presbyopia, glaucoma, and cataracts. There are many ways to improve your vision.

  1. Perspective

You can look at the distant view first, then the close view. This method can regulate the eye muscles and relax them. When observing, try to see as many details of the tree as possible. 2. Sunbathing

When the weather is clear, close your eyes and face the sun, allowing the light to pass through your eyelids and stimulate your eye cells. We nearsighted people are very sensitive to light, and will squint or sideways our eyes when we encounter strong light. Doing so can improve our eyes' ability to accept light. 3. Hand covering method

Rub your palms together to warm them up and cover your eyes with them repeatedly. This will also relax your eyes and is very comfortable. You can do this anytime and anywhere. 4. Eye movement method

Sit or stand, look straight ahead first, then move your eyes up, down, left and right, stretching your eyeballs as far as they can in each direction, and stay in each direction for a few seconds. When we become nearsighted, we will find that our eyes become deformed. This method can adjust our eyes back to their normal shape and also help restore the focusing ability of the eyes. 5. Counting

At night, when there are stars in the sky, count them and use your eyes to find the stars, but don't stare at one star for too long, as this will cause eye fatigue. 6. Blinking

Blink more often. Blinking can relieve eye fatigue. This should be done at any time.

    7. Breathing

After using our eyes for a long time, we should stop and take a rest. Relax your body and mind, then look straight ahead, inhale slowly while slowly opening your eyes; then exhale slowly and slowly close your eyes. Do this several times in a row, each time lasting half a minute.

    8. Massage

First close your eyes naturally, and then slowly massage the acupoints around your eyes. The acupoints must be located accurately and the technique must be gentle, until a local soreness and swelling sensation is felt. 4. Acupoint massage therapy, also known as eye exercises, is designed based on the causes of myopia, integrating traditional Chinese acupuncture medicine, meridians, acupoint massage and other methods. It can dredge the meridians, harmonize Qi and blood, relieve eye spasm and concentration tension, and achieve the effect of treating and preventing myopia.

    9. Eye-brightening tea

Lycium barbarum is rich in beta-carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin C, calcium and iron, and has the effects of nourishing the liver, benefiting the kidneys and improving eyesight. Regularly using wolfberry to make tea or soup can greatly relieve problems such as eye soreness, fatigue, and worsening myopia. Alternatively, you can add chrysanthemum and wolfberry to hot water and brew it. Drinking it every day can improve fatigue caused by excessive eye use and make your eyes moist and bright.
