In order to avoid discomfort, you can learn more about what good dietary therapy methods are for sore throats and solve the pain as soon as possible.

First: Patients can eat kumquats often (autumn happens to be the season when kumquats mature, and they are both abundant and cheap): kumquats are rich in nutrients, containing vitamins A, B1, B2, C and calcium, which can eliminate throat inflammation.

Second: You can choose to eat more pears: Pears have a throat-moisturizing effect and can relieve the symptoms of sore throat. Slice a pear and squeeze out the juice to make it easier to drink. For children who are afraid of cold or prone to diarrhea, it is best to drink warm pear juice. Pears, Fritillaria cirrhosa and loquat leaves stewed together have great cough-relieving and phlegm-reducing effects. Pears can be said to be the king of fruits.

Third: Try drinking some green tea: because green tea is cool in nature, it has the effects of promoting salivation and quenching thirst, clearing away heat and detoxifying.

Fourth: Eat rock sugar: Rock sugar is mild and slightly cool in nature, and has the effects of tonifying the middle and replenishing qi, nourishing yin and moistening the lungs, and relieving cough and reducing phlegm. In addition, rock sugar is often added to traditional Chinese medicine to bring out its medicinal effects.

In short: although pears (preferably winter pears), apples, bananas, etc. contain a lot of sugar, they can reduce internal heat and are safe to eat. For sore throat, you can take monkey earring anti-inflammatory tablets, Xiasangju, Shuanghuanglian oral liquid, etc., which are very effective.
