Trichosanthes injection has a significant protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia in rats caused by post-hypophysis hormone; and can significantly improve the tolerance of mice to normobaric and hypobaric hypoxia; for mice that have been given isoproterenol subcutaneously in advance, the survival rate can also be improved under hypobaric hypoxia conditions, but it does not prolong the sleeping time of mice induced by secobarbital sodium, suggesting that its effect of improving hypoxia tolerance is unrelated to the central nervous system. 4. Antibacterial effect
