Ingredients: 25g Codonopsis pilosula, 25g Angelica sinensis root, a little tangerine peel, 4 red dates, 250g lean meat, some salt

practice:

1. Wash Codonopsis pilosula and Angelica sinensis separately. Cut Codonopsis pilosula into sections and Angelica sinensis head into slices. Wash the tangerine peel, red dates and lean meat separately. Remove the pits from the red dates and set aside.
