What causes sperm in urine?

Spermia is a very common phenomenon in life. In fact, spermatheia is not a disease, but a symptom. Most of the spermatheia is caused by prostatitis. If the urine of men is sticky, many people will mistakenly think that it is sperm. In fact, it is prostatic fluid. If the spermatheia is caused by chronic prostatitis, it is very harmful to the human body. In this case, we'd better go to the hospital to check the prostatic fluid.

Prostatitis is a very common and confusing disease. Prostatitis has a certain impact on men's sexual function and reproductive function. What causes prostatitis? Prostate congestion, urine irritation, infection by pathogenic microorganisms, immune factors, etc. can all lead to the occurrence of prostatitis.

1. Prostate congestion: Congestion caused by various reasons, especially passive congestion, is an important pathogenic factor of prostatitis.

(1) Abnormal sexual life: too frequent sexual intercourse and forced interruption of sexual intercourse.

(2) Compression of the perineum: riding a bicycle, riding a horse, and sitting for long periods of time.

(3) Unhealthy lifestyle: excessive drinking and overeating of greasy food.

(4) Massage too hard

(5) Colds and chills

2. Urine irritation: Urine contains a variety of acidic and alkaline chemicals. When local neuroendocrine disorders cause excessive urethral pressure and damage to the opening of the prostate duct, uric acid and other irritating chemicals will reflux into the prostate and induce prostatitis.

3. Infection by pathogenic microorganisms: Various microorganisms such as bacteria, protozoa, viruses, etc. can become sources of infection that cause prostatitis, among which bacteria are the most common, such as gonococci and non-gonococci.

4. Immune factors and allergies : Studies have shown that prostatitis is related to autoimmune factors. Congenital or acquired immune deficiency leads to the production of anti-prostate antibodies, which in turn causes prostate tissue damage.

The symptoms of prostatitis vary in severity. Mild cases may have no obvious symptoms, while severe cases may cause general discomfort. Typical symptoms of prostatitis include discomfort during urination, swelling in the posterior urethra, perineum and anus, radiating pain in the genitals, lower abdomen and thigh roots, sexual dysfunction, neurasthenia, etc.

1. Urinary discomfort: The patient will feel bladder irritation, such as frequent urination, burning and pain in the urethra during urination, and radiating to the head of the penis. In the early morning, there is mucus and other secretions at the urethra, and there may also be a feeling of difficulty in urination.

2. Local symptoms: a feeling of heaviness and discomfort in the posterior urethra, perineum and anus, which is aggravated by squatting, defecation and sitting for a long time.

3. Radiating pain: The pain of chronic prostatitis is not limited to the urethra and perineum, but also occurs in the penis, spermatic cord, testicles and scrotum, lower abdomen, and thigh roots.

4. Sexual dysfunction: Chronic prostatitis can cause loss of libido, painful ejaculation, premature ejaculation, and affect semen quality. White discharge from the urethra may occur after urination or defecation, and hematospermia may occur when combined with seminal vesiculitis.

5. Other symptoms: Chronic prostatitis may be accompanied by neurasthenia, manifested as fatigue, dizziness, insomnia, etc. Long-term and persistent prostatitis may even cause allergic reactions in the body, resulting in conjunctivitis, arthritis and other lesions.
