It is good at nourishing yin and producing body fluids, and treating symptoms of yang deficiency and body fluid deficiency.

Enhance immunity.

Dendrobium has the effect of nourishing yin and reducing fire. The Qing Dynasty's "Medicinal Properties" said: Dendrobium can nourish the kidney, strengthen yang, accumulate essence, strengthen the spleen, nourish stomach yin, and nourish blood. It is rich in nucleotide substances and has the effect of enhancing immunity.

Treat stomach yin deficiency and heat syndrome.

This product is good at nourishing stomach yin, nourishing yin and reducing fire, and can also clear stomach heat. It is mainly used to treat symptoms such as heat syndrome damaging body fluid, thirst without appetite, dry tongue and black coating. How to eat Dendrobium

Dendrobium officinale millet porridge

Raw materials: fresh dendrobium, water, rice, and rock sugar. Method: Take 30g of fresh dendrobium each time, add 200ml of water, simmer for a long time to get about 100ml of juice (because dendrobium candidum can be boiled for a long time to be effective), remove the residue, add 50g of northern stalk rice and an appropriate amount of old rock sugar, put them all into a casserole, then add about 400ml of water, and cook until the rice is cooked and the porridge is thick and simmered. Take twice a day, warm slightly.

Dendrobium officinale and Herba Lycopodii Stewed Lean Pork Soup

Raw materials: 25 grams of Dendrobium, 30 grams of Herba Lycopodii, 500 grams of lean pork, and 3 slices of ginger. Preparation method: Soak the Dendrobium officinale for a while; wash the Herba Lycopodii repeatedly; wash the lean pork and leave it in a whole piece without cutting it. Put it into the stew pot together with the ginger slices, add 1500ml of cold boiled water (about 6 bowls of water flow), cover the pot, simmer for 3 hours, and add appropriate amount of salt and oil. This amount can be used for 3 to 4 servings. The lean pork can be removed, cut into slices and mixed with light soy sauce for serving.
