Massage technique for Jueyin point: Press this point with two thumbs in circular motion, 60 times on each side.

Jiuwei acupoint (RN15)

[Method of finding the acupoint] The Jiuwei point of the human body is located in the upper abdomen, on the anterior midline, 1 inch below the junction of the chest and xiphoid process.

[Anatomy] On the linea alba, at the origin of the rectus abdominis muscle, deep inside is the liver; there are branches of the superior abdominal artery and vein; and the medial branch of the anterior cutaneous branch of the sixth intercostal nerve is distributed.

〖Main diseases treated〗Heartache, palpitations, irritability, epilepsy, mania, chest pain, cough and asthma, vomiting, hiccups, nausea, and stomachache.

[Combination of human acupoints] Combined with Liangmen acupoint and Zusanli acupoint to treat stomachache; combined with Sanguan and Zusanli acupoint to treat vomiting.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Insert the needle obliquely downward 0.5 to 1 inch; moxibustion is acceptable.
